Day 34
Laura's arrival confusion is cut short by almost immediately hearing someone on the network, and further investigation show that this is a guy named Jesse. They meet down at the docks and size each other up, and later she figures out how to make an announcement of her own, but people just send her into a bit of a panic. Some guy starts a weird as hell impromptu theatre piece and confuses everyone - Laura included, but her favourite person so far has to be Secret Agent Jet Star, who called her a star and actually treated her nicely. Charlie or "Bobbi" gives her more questions than answers.
Day 35
Everyone's going a bit crazy, Elle included. Laura kind of has her priorities wrong there, but that's okay. Electricity from the hands is pretty cool.
Day 36
Day 37
Sherlock is pretty unhelpful, revealing that they're being drugged without any solution about it. Jesse wigs out and things end up getting a little deeper than they'd meant, and some random dude she later finds out is Bruce is kind of scary.
Day 38
Jet's friend dies, so Laura takes him for a walk to clear his mind a little.
Day 39
Day 40
Laura makes a public request for clothes, and finds out that a lot of people in the town are actually really generous.
Day 41
There's a new neighbour in town, Cassandra, and Laura is quick to greet her. On a roll, she also gives Britta the welcome speech, but she's not the best person for the job in all honesty.
Day 42
She's still going with the welcomes, Annie doesn't seem to appreciate her attitude much though. Everything kind of hits the fan after that though. On a walk with Jet they find a body in the fountain, later identified as Maria Smith: the woman who turned out to be working for the scientists all along. Later there's an unexpected gift in the form of boxes, and while Laura doesn't find any food she does help Jesse adopt a new pet.
Day 43
Day 44
Laura finally finds out what Jesse has been hiding from her this whole time, resulting in face punching and panicked calling of Jet.
Day 45
Kenzi recovers another body, but doesn't really let Laura talk about it much. She calms down enough to talk to Darwin - it's a pretty sweet entrance, his.
Day 46
Nathan doesn't have nearly as stylish an entrance. She ends up addressing the network again, and planning a funeral sucks, but someone's got to do it. There is a new introduction to the household though, Conrad appears her in the attic and she asks him to stay. Later that night, after digging graves and general unpleasant activities, they have a chat over coffee (for her, at least).
Day 47
There's a funeral, and Laura's not really in the mood to do anything else.
Day 48
She's easier to talk to the next day though, and when Erik talks about farming she's only too pleased to be of assistance.
